Terms of service

Product descriptions, prices, shipping costs, and estimated delivery dates are shown before checkout and form part of the order information.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@thefencelys.shop. If we cancel an order after payment, we issue a full refund to the original payment method.

We are responsible for helping resolve delivery problems with the carrier. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
