Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery by emailing support@thefencelys.shop. Do not send a return until we provide written approval and instructions.

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, materially different from the product description, or incorrect. For these reasons, we provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Unused and unopened non-defective items may be eligible for return within 30 days with prior written approval, original packaging, and the item in resalable condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer unless required otherwise by law.

After receipt and inspection, we email the decision within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take 5-10 business days to post the refund. Original shipping charges are refundable when the return is caused by our error, damage, or defect.

If an item is missing or visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the carrier record.
